the human mind [apparently] has always had this black hole quality of disorder. And the movements of "relative order" which have sprung up have been just that - not order at all - just a pretension - a high - inside the black hole.
Attachment makes it into "money" or "no money."
Do you really think that your universal essential integrity can be denied to you by an external force? [money, respectability, etc.?]
The pain of seeing.
- "how closed I am"
- "How hollow I am."
- "How awkward I am"
- "How frightened I am"
Gaze flapping left and right. Anger. Incompetence. How pompous I am.

Can we understand?
"it's like I can't stop being evil." - of course! What is the entity which is concerned about that? More attempt at control... it is TRYING TO BE GOOD. There will never be the good if there is a separate entity. It is the past trying to make itself permanent.

In this writing, can there be UNDERSTANDING?
Understanding war?
understanding pain?
understanding conflict?
Is there a root to understanding so that life can have meaning?
[or perhaps a root to what gets in the way of understanding?]

The best it gets is simply being. [ which means... the best it gets is understanding the fact of consciousness... the immediate fact]
